Lech Poznań Football Academy (LPFA) is a network of soccer schools for children aged 4 to 12.
LPFA is the base training system of the multiple Polish champions - Lech Poznań. It is a network of soccer schools conducted in cooperation between the Poznań club and Football Academy.
The network involves a “pre-selection” stage. In principle, the best LPFA players go to Lech’s Academy in Poznań where children from the age of 6 can start training.
Simultaneously, LPFA also provides an opportunity for young footballers who, after an unsuccessful initial selection process, later in their football education process may improve their skills and be chosen in one of the next recruitment processes.
Such strategy gives a broad opportunity for selection of the youngest players to the club’s academy.
